Our Booking Policy:

Welcome to our booking policy page. Please read the following carefully.

In order to ensure that we serve all our clients well, we have put the following in place.

Making a booking

  1. All appointments are to be reserved via our website.
  2. You can only reserve an appointment up to 1 hour before the session is due to begin.
  3. You can book an appointment as early as up to one month before the due date and up to one hour before the service is ready to begin.
  4. To reserve an appointment, kindly select the service you are looking for and complete the booking form in the page.
  5. Ensure that you complete all the fields in the booking form with accurate information about the service you are booking an appointment for, that is, the date and time.
  6. Please arrive up to 15 mins before your appointment in order to ensure your appointment begins on time.
  7. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly WhatsApp us on +254 703 654 239.
  8. Late arrivals are only exempted up to 15 mins after the scheduled time. After 30 minutes the session will be cancelled.

Making payments

  1. All appointments attract a non-refundable deposit fee of 50% of the service cost before they are confirmed.
  2. The remaining 50% will be due after the service has been rendered and complete.
  3. All payments are made via the website checkout page.
  4. Ensure that you provide the correct MPESA /Card details at checkout.
  5. Ensure that you have enough money in your MPESA/Card before attempting to pay to avoid inconvenience.
