Making a Booking

• All appointments are to be reserved via our website.
• You can reserve an appointment up to 1 hour before the session begins, and up to 1 month in advance.
• To book, select your service and complete the booking form on the page.
• Ensure all fields are accurately filled, including date and time.
• Arrive up to 15 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.
• To cancel or reschedule, WhatsApp us on +254 703 654 239.
• Late arrivals are allowed up to 15 minutes; after 30 minutes the session will be cancelled.

Making Payments

• All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit before confirmation.
• The remaining 50% is due after the service has been rendered.
• All payments are made via the website checkout page.
• Provide correct MPESA or Card details at checkout.
